Collingdale Police have a warrant for Sean Hartie, who last resided on Mildred Avenue in Collingdale. He is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Hartie was convicted in Florida for his original crimes. He was suppose to register yearly but has not since July 2008.
